Read the documentation in the HTK Book (at least twice) and think about it!

意訳：HTK Bookを（最低２回）読み込んで考えろ！

って。。。
ちなみに、HTK Bookって索引込みで368ページあるんだぜ。しかも英語。
良い教科書だとは思うけどねぇ。。。有志で和訳とかしたら売れるかな？

それはともかく、日本語の情報としてはHTK3.0 HOWTOは結構良い情報源だと思います。
